High Property Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our outside sales leasing team. As a Leasing Agent / Assistant Property Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping prospective residents find their new home while supporting property operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lease residential units and guide prospective tenants through the application process
  • Market available properties and handle advertising efforts
  • Conduct property showings, inspections, and follow-up communications
  • Process applications and prepare lease agreements
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate records
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required
  • 2+ years outside sales experience (property management preferred)
  • Strong computer skills, self-motivated, excellent communication
  • Evening/weekend availability occasionally required
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
  • Background check required

High Properties is looking for someone who is self-motivated and can think independently. This job requires basic customer service skills and the ability to work with others in a sometimes fast-paced atmosphere. This individual will be responsible for the daily upkeep of more than 200 units in Corridor(Cedar Rapids/Marion/Iowa City) 1-2 years of maintenance experience is required. Requirement of ongoing education for property management. Example – Fair Housing.

The position shall include, but may not be limited to, the following duties, skillsets &/or position requirements:

  • Daily service work-Special projects related to drywall work
  • Painting
  • Installing cabinets/refinishing cabinets as needed
  • Turning units once they become vacant
  • Flooring needs
  • Assist with new development work if and when needed
  • Perform exterior property and building repairs as needed
  • Snow removal
  • Perform special projects when called upon.
  • Inspect or update basic electrical
  • Upload inspection pictures to operating software.
  • Data entry of unit status into company systems.
  • Reporting expense needs and turn work to the facilities director.
  • Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
  • Background check required

High Properties is seeking a full time professional painter to join our growing portfolio for our residential and commercial communities! With locations throughout Cedar Rapids, Marion, and Tiffin. 

Our team is growing with exciting opportunities to come. Qualified individuals must demonstrate at least one year of prior professional painting experience. Individual must also be able to perform wall repairs and have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
