Founded in 1988 by Darryl High in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, High Properties has grown from a single property investment into one of Iowa’s leading privately held real estate owners and developers. Built on disciplined growth, conservative financial management, and a long-term ownership philosophy, the company has established a strong reputation across multiple market cycles while continually seeking quality investment opportunities.
 
Today, High Properties owns and operates a diversified portfolio throughout the Cedar Rapids–Iowa City Corridor, Des Moines, and communities across Iowa.
